As a leader at Board level I have held a diverse range of roles in real estate organisations including Managing Director of Investment and Asset Management, Chief Operating Officer and European Head of Health & Safety.
Having successfully delivered people, financial, strategic and cultural performance over 25 years within businesses of up to 950 people, and turnover of £100m, I have an informed perspective of the context, challenges and requirements for operating a successful business and, crucially, the pivotal impact of the interplay between the individual and organisational success.
I also recognise that coaching is a privilege, that it requires humility and honesty, and that each person is a unique individual, deserving of respect, which fits with my innate approach.
Blending my business and leadership experience with my coaching expertise – I have both International and European Coaching Accreditations- I founded Spiritus in 2020 on the principle that “Not for ourselves alone are we born” (Marcus Cicero).
Spiritus means breath or spirit, or to breathe life with spirit as I would put it, and that sentiment underlines my coaching ethos, not in an esoteric way but purposefully, empowering you to find clarity and direction resulting in personal growth and, in a commercial context, improved business performance.
