Mentoring: sharing knowledge and experience to promote growth
With many years of varied experience, I also offer mentoring, either as a separate service but more often in conjunction with a coaching appointment. This is often helpful in supporting the development of individuals growing into new leadership roles, or supporting senior leaders facing new challenges, where sharing of knowledge, ideas and suggestions are blended with the questioning, listening, clarifying and reframing techniques used with coaching.
